Drinks, with or without alcohol
Your bottle, in the glass people are watching.
Wine, mezcal, tequila, beer, coffee, matcha, cacao, whatever is in the glass or the cup. Host me where it is made or where it is poured, and the reel, the channels and the articles cost you nothing.
Free · you host the visit
You host the visit, I make the content.
No fee and no invoice. You cover the tasting and a table for two, at the winery, the distillery, the brewery, the roastery, the bar or the restaurant. The one condition is that it has to be somewhere worth a review on its own, and I say yes or no to that before anything is booked.
One reel
Filmed, edited and narrated by me, with an English voiceover.
Three channels
Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, the same cut.
Two articles here
In English and Spanish, and they stay up permanently.
Published inside my content plan, usually within two weeks of the visit.
What it looks like
At the source, or on the table
I.
At the source
You host a visit to the winery, the distillery, the brewery, the roastery or the bar. One reel and the articles, at no fee.
II.
On the table
Your bottle is poured and named inside a review of a restaurant that already lists it. The table is set up by you with a venue that is already your customer, and it comes back exactly like a visit: one reel and the articles, at no fee.
Paid, on top of the visit
If you want more than the visit
Hosting a visit costs you the tasting and nothing else, and it comes back as my review of the place. Everything below is paid work, for when you need a say in what the content actually is.
Prices are per deliverable and agreed in writing before anything is booked.
Also working with hotels, wineries, food tours, mezcal and coffee brands, kitchen and tableware brands. Ask.

Send the form
Tell me the label, where you want me, and whether the restaurant is already agreed. Two minutes.
II.
We agree the visit
At the source, or at a restaurant you have already arranged. I will tell you honestly if it is not something I would pour again.
III.
You get seen
The reel on all three channels, and the articles here in both languages.
What fits
Categories
Wine
Mexican wine above all: Querétaro, Baja and Guanajuato. Imports too, when they have real distribution in restaurants here.
Agave
Mezcal, tequila, raicilla, sotol. The category my audience asks about more than any other.
Cocktails and the rest of the bar
Gin, vodka, whisky, rum, beer, vermouth, amaro, and the non-alcoholic aperitifs bars are actually reaching for now.
Coffee, matcha and cacao
Specialty roasters, matcha and drinking chocolate. No platform restrictions at all, so these run on all three channels with the tag and nothing held back.
My rules
Short and honest
All collaborations are labeled #Colaboración or #Publicidad, as PROFECO requires.
The reel runs on all three channels. Instagram and YouTube carry the partnership label; TikTok does not allow that label on alcohol, so there it runs untagged.
If the bottle is being poured in a restaurant, the table is normally arranged by you, since they are already your customer. If you want me to make that approach instead, it is a paid add-on.
I only pour things I would order again. If a bottle is not right, I tell you privately and nothing goes live.
I accept or decline every request; nothing is charged until it is accepted in writing.
Payment terms, deliverables and usage rights are in the Terms.
