Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and how to ask for your data to be corrected or removed.
Plain-language summary: forms and contests collect only what they need, nothing is sold, and you can write to jane@click2revenue.com at any time.

3. Embedded content and third parties. Pages embed YouTube, Instagram and TikTok players and Google Maps. Those services may set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies when you interact with the embeds. We use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and may use advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) on collaboration pages; you can decline non-essential cookies in the banner.
4. Sharing. We share data only with: service providers who host the site, send email, process payments or provide analytics; partner venues (contest winners’ details, only to deliver the prize); and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers. We operate from the United States and Mexico; data is stored on servers in the United States and/or the European Union. By using the site you understand your data may be processed in the U.S.
6. Retention. Inquiries and collaboration records: 5 years (accounting). Contest entries and winner records: 12 months after the contest, then deleted. Analytics: per the provider’s settings, no longer than 26 months. Find-my-spot inputs: anonymised after 12 months.
7. Your rights. Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to jane@click2revenue.com; we respond within 20 business days (or the period required by your law). Residents of Mexico have ARCO rights (see Aviso de Privacidad below). Residents of the EU/UK may contact their data protection authority; residents of California may exercise rights under the CCPA.
8. Children. The site and contests are for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
10. Changes. We will post updates here with a new date.
