Contest Rules

1. Organizer

Each Contest is organized by Click2Revenue LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States (“Organizer”), operating the brand Jane Novikova Foodie, together with the participating restaurant or venue named in the Contest post (“Partner Venue”). The Partner Venue provides the prize.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. This Contest is a skill-based competition judged on merit. It is not a raffle, lottery, sweepstakes or game of chance (no es rifa ni sorteo).

3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18 or over who reside in Mexico (or in the state/city stated in the Contest post) at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizer and of the Partner Venue, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Contest period

The start and end date and time (Mexico City time) are stated in the Contest post. Entries received outside the Contest period are not considered.

5. How to enter

During the Contest period: (a) follow the Instagram accounts of the Organizer (@jane_novikova_foodie) and of the Partner Venue; (b) post a comment on the Contest post answering the prompt (for example, “who would you bring and why”); (c) if the post says so, mention one friend in your comment: that friend must also follow both accounts for the entry to be valid. One entry per person. Entries must be original, in Spanish or English, and must not contain offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content. Automated, duplicate or fraudulent entries are disqualified.

6. Judging

Winners are selected by a jury composed of a representative of the Organizer and a representative of the Partner Venue, based on the following criteria applied equally: originality (40%), sincerity and connection to the venue’s prompt (40%), and clarity (20%). Chance plays no part in the selection. The jury’s decision is final. Judging takes place within 5 business days after the Contest closes.

7. Prize

The number of prizes is stated in the Contest post. Each prize is a set menu for two people at the Partner Venue, composed by the Partner Venue and provided by it. Each prize is valid for the period stated in the Contest post, is subject to the Partner Venue’s booking availability, includes the drinks that form part of the set menu, excludes extras beyond the set menu and tips unless stated, is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product or service. Any tax on the prize is the responsibility of the Partner Venue as the party awarding it, in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

8. Winner notification

Winners are announced on the Organizer’s Instagram account and notified by direct message within 5 business days of judging. Each winner must reply within 5 calendar days and may be asked to confirm identity and age. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible or declines, the jury may select a runner-up.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Organizer and the Partner Venue may publish their Instagram username and the text of their entry in connection with the Contest, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Personal data

Personal data (username, comment, and, for each winner, name and contact details) is processed solely to run the Contest and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Notice and the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. Winner data is shared with the Partner Venue only to deliver the prizes.

11. Platform disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or YouTube. Participants release those platforms from any liability related to the Contest.

12. General

The Organizer may cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond its control affects its integrity, and may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these rules. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of the meal or service provided by the Partner Venue. Where any Partner Venue is required to file a notice with PROFECO or any other authority for a commercial promotion, the Partner Venue is responsible for that filing.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of Mexico with respect to consumer protection and by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, for all other matters. Nothing in these rules limits mandatory consumer rights under Mexican law.

Annex: Dubai Grill contest, September 2026

1. Partner Venue: Dubai Grill, Roma Norte, Mexico City (@dubaigrillmx).
2. Contest period: Monday September 21, 2026, 00:00 to Sunday September 27, 2026, 23:59, Mexico City time.
3. Entry: follow @jane_novikova_foodie and @dubaigrillmx on Instagram; comment on the contest post saying who you would bring and why; tag one person, who must also follow both accounts. One entry per person. Entries after the closing time are not considered.
4. Judging: jury of two (Organizer + Partner Venue) on September 28 and 29, 2026, selecting the five best entries; criteria: originality 40%, sincerity and fit with the question 40%, clarity 20%.
5. Announcement: Wednesday September 30, 2026, on @jane_novikova_foodie and at janenovikova.com/contest/dubai-grill/. Each winner is also notified by Instagram direct message and must reply within 5 calendar days.
6. Prizes: five (5) prizes. Each prize is one set dinner for two people at Dubai Grill, composed by the restaurant: the traditional Lebanese menu (hummus, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, kibbeh, grape leaves and the meat-and-rice plate) plus the mixed grill. Provided by the Partner Venue. Valid until December 30, 2026, during the restaurant’s normal opening hours, subject to availability. The drinks that form part of the set menu are included. Extras beyond the set menu, and tips, are not included. Non-transferable.
7. No cash value: the prize is a set menu and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other dishes or any other product or service. Dishes and drinks outside the set menu are not covered and are paid by the winner.
8. Transport: travel to and from the restaurant, and any other expense, is the winner’s responsibility and is not reimbursed.
9. Eligibility: residents of Mexico aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Organizer and the Partner Venue and their immediate families.
10. Taxes and notices: any tax on the prize and any PROFECO notice required for a commercial promotion are the responsibility of the Partner Venue.
11. All other terms of the general Contest Rules apply.
